Hospitality background and eager to step into the world of venue operations?
We’re looking for a POS Systems Support superstar to join the team at Manly Wharf.

In this role, you’ll be a key behind-the-scenes operator helping our venues smoothly by maintaining and optimising our POS systems, troubleshooting issues on the go, and jumping in to support precinct-wide events and activations as we continue to grow and evolve the Manly Wharf experience.

Key responsibilities include:

POS & Systems Support:

  • Updating and maintaining POS systems across the precinct
  • Managing Me&U updates and external ordering platforms
  • Supporting system upgrades and routine maintenance with minimal disruption
  • Troubleshooting POS and system issues as they arise
  • Replacing and maintaining POS hardware when required

What we are looking for:

  • Hospitality experience with an interest in operational processes
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical accuracy
  • Proactive and able to identify and resolve issues independently
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Reliable and able to work autonomously while collaborating with teams
  • Flexibility to work evening shifts (including late finishes when required)
