Positioned along the iconic Harbourfront, Manly Wharf is a place for the community to drop their shoulders & soak up the good life. With an epic line-up of weekly events, live music & sport, our Sydney home is a cultural hub where all walks of life can roll in, rock up and come drop their shoulders!

We’re looking for standout hosts who love people and live for delivering elevated, warm service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming every guest with warmth, personality, and professionalism
• Coordinating reservations, waitlists and table plans with precision
• Managing guest expectations and wait times with confidence and care
• Communicating closely with floor and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service
• Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of entry and host areas
• Upholding our high service standards and bringing positive energy to every shift
• Supporting pre- and post-service briefings and transitions

What we’re looking for:

• Availability across Friday, Saturday and Sunday is essential
• Experience in premium dining, high-volume restaurants or luxury hospitality preferred
• Passion for people and delivering thoughtful, engaging guest interactions
• Confident using booking systems and coordinating floor movements
• Calm and composed under pressure, with excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of our venues and offerings (or willingness to learn quickly!)
• A positive, proactive team player with a can-do attitude
• Hold a valid Queensland RSA
